Not overly loud, a very decent size, and does the job well ;) Only thing I would be concerned about is that personally, when it is inserted enough to feel the beads, the clit vibrator goes past my clit. However, this doesn't usually cause much of a problem, as the vibrations can still be felt easily. So if that is your only reason not to purchase I wouldn't worry.
