Although the dildo side of this cock sheath is fine, the issue you have with this is ring shaped end and that the bit you are meant to put your balls through to help hold it to your body sis way too small, i could not even get one ball in there and the rubber is so thick on that ring end you cannot stretch it out comfortably which makes it awkward to use because the only thing then holding it to you and to stop it falling off will be a good strong erection.
