I recently purchased a toy, a reasonably expensive one although not out of this world expensive, but I am a student so everything counts. I tried to use it about a month after purchasing (having used it almost every night since buying) to it being non functioning even after trying all of the troubleshooting suggestions. Very unfortunate indeed rip. This was literally at like 2am and Ive been having some sleep troubles recently so I sent an email to customer service with a video of me doing what I had just been doing, turning the on and off button to show the fault happening.
It was as simple as that. I got an email from a member of the team at literally 7am (shoutout to you Bree) acknowledging my email and immediately offering either a replacement, a refund, or store credit. Easy as that. Incredibly easy purchasing process and shipping. Good quality stuff normally as I have actually always loved my satisfier products before this particular faulty one. Its great to know they have my back with faulty items and theyre team are great 👍
